Our Story

Morgate was founded by a visionary woman who personally experienced the barriers of entering Canada’s tech and healthcare industries. Out of those challenges grew a company rooted in mentorship, inclusion, and opportunity.

Today, Morgate Solutions is more than a staffing agency—it’s a movement. We champion BIPOC professionals and newcomers, equipping them with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.   • RN/LPN License of Alberta/Nova Scotia: Ensure your eligibility to practice in Nova Scotia.

  • Certifications: Provide your BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certificate,.

  • Immunization Record: Include records for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not applicable), and proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

  • References: Furnish two professional references with their designations, both of whom should be supervisors.

  • VSS Report: Vulnerable Sector Search not older than 90 days
